1. RERA Compliance Responsibility
Under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA):
- Responsibility for RERA registration lies with the property owner, agent, builder, or developer listing the property
- Users must ensure that applicable properties are registered with the relevant state RERA authority
2. No Guarantee of RERA Registration
- Find Best Property does not guarantee that all listed properties are RERA-registered
- Any mention of RERA registration in listings is based on information provided by users or third parties
- We do not independently verify RERA compliance for all listings
3. User Due Diligence
Users are strongly advised to:
- Verify RERA registration details on the official state RERA website
- Review property documents and approvals independently
- Consult legal or real estate professionals before making decisions
4. Platform Role

5. Limitation of Liability
Find Best Property shall not be held liable for non-compliance with RERA regulations by users, incorrect listing information, or any loss/dispute arising from transactions.
6. Reporting Non-Compliance
If you find a listing that appears to violate RERA requirements, you may report it through our platform. We will review and take appropriate action.
