  • Incorrect pricing, location, or property details
  • Properties that are already sold, rented, or unavailable
  • Duplicate or repeated listings
  • Fake or misleading property information
  • Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Suspicious behavior or potential scams

2. How to Report

You can report issues using the following methods:

a. Report Button (Recommended)

Click the “Report Abuse” button on the property details page, select the issue type and submit your report.

b. Contact Support

Reach out through our support channel. Provide the Property ID or listing link, description of the issue, and any supporting details.

3. Review & Action Process

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Initial review is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Based on the findings, we may remove or update the listing, flag it for review, or restrict/suspend the user account.

4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Critical Enforcement:

Find Best Property maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Fake or non-existent property listings
  • Intentional misrepresentation
  • Scam attempts or fraudulent activity

Violations may result in immediate listing removal or permanent account suspension.

5. AI-Assisted Moderation

We use automated systems to detect duplicate and suspicious listings, identify unusual activity patterns, and improve content quality and safety.

However, user reports remain critical in maintaining platform integrity.

6. User Responsibility

We encourage users to report suspicious listings promptly, avoid engaging with potentially fraudulent users, and follow our Safety Guidelines when interacting or transacting.

7. Important Note

While we take all reports seriously and act promptly, Find Best Property does not guarantee the accuracy of all listings. Users should always perform independent verification before making decisions.
