1. Pricing Overview

Find Best Property offers both free and paid listing options depending on user needs.

a. Individual Listings

  • Users may post property listings individually
  • Listings may be offered as free (limited-time offer) or paid, depending on platform plans

b. Packages for Professionals

Agents, builders, and developers can choose from listing packages, which may include:

  • Multiple property listings
  • Priority visibility
  • Enhanced exposure features

Pricing for packages is displayed clearly at the time of purchase.

As part of our startup launch, eligible users may receive free listing credits equivalent to ₹3000.

  • This offer is limited-time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
  • Free listings are subject to platform policies and moderation.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the platform
  • Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
  • Once a listing or package is activated, it is considered consumed service

4. Refund Policy

a. General Rule

All payments made for listings and packages are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.

b. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Payment was deducted but the listing/package was not activated
  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
  • Service was unavailable due to a platform-side issue

c. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Listings already published or used
  • Expired listing packages
  • User errors (incorrect data, wrong plan selection, etc.)
  • Lack of inquiries, responses, or successful transactions
  • Removal of listings due to policy violations

5. Listing Moderation and Removal

  • All listings are subject to moderation
  • Listings that violate platform policies may be removed without refund
  • This includes duplicate, misleading, or prohibited content

6. Changes to Pricing

Find Best Property reserves the right to modify pricing plans, introduce new packages, or update/withdraw promotional offers. All changes will be reflected on the platform before purchase.
